Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at brian0742@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items of equal value. Contact us at hello@shopstopxo.com to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for returns or refunds.
